Yes, cameras/lenses/accessories/binoculars sent together will be booked in as separate jobs. Each
product will get its own job number. We recommend wrapping each item separately. Where possible pack the camera bodies with
the body cap attached and lenses with the front and rear caps attached.

Yes. Ensure your contact phone number and email address are clearly written on your repair
form. Please provide the updated address as soon as possible.
Yes. FUJIFILM NZ Ltd offers a 90 day "after repair warranty" in case the same fault occurs, or
the fault is related to the initial one repaired. You cannot use the after repair warranty to fix a differed fault. In some
cases, no warranty will be granted after repair which will be specified on the job quote and service report.
You will receive an email informing you that your equipment has been repaired and is ready for
collection or your tracking details.
We can order parts from Japan at any time which can take 3-4 weeks to arrive.
We have a limited range of loan equipment should your repair take longer than anticipated. Please
discuss with us that you will need a loan and if we have any available we will happily loan it to you. You will be required to sign a

The inspection fee is charged by FUJIFILM NZ Limited for chargeable jobs prior to assessing your
equipment. It includes 30 min of labour, which will be deducted from your final invoice. The inspection fee does not include
any freight or spare part costs which will be added to your final invoice.

No. We deal with the customer directly and you will need to communicate with your insurance company. We
can provide insurance letters in the event the equipment is beyond economical repair.
When completing your repair form you will need to select that you agree to us sending your equipment
to FUJIFILM Australia for higher repair. This will add a non-refundable freight cost to your final invoice.
We will invoice you accordingly and return your equipment to you once payment has been received.
FUJIFILM NZ Limited has an international warranty period of 1 year if the equipment was purchased from an
authorised retailer. A copy of the original proof of purchase will need to be provided and FUJIFILM NZ Limited will contact the
country of purchase and arrange the repair.
