SERVICE CARE PACKAGES

FUJIFILM NZ Limited is proud to offer the below care packages for the maintenance of your equipment.

If your equipment is faulty, please refer to our Repairs Department for assistance. You will be required to pay an initial fee of $69 (including GST), which will be deducted
from your final invoice.

Please note that no loan equipment will be provided for any of the below services.

X SERIES PREMIUM CARE PACKAGE

Includes servicing of 1 camera body + 2 lenses.  Any extra lenses + $15
  • Sensor surface clean of body
  • Full exterior clean of lenses
  • Firmware update of all equipment

GFX CARE PACKAGE
  • General clean
  • Sensor surface clean (applies to dirt/dust outside the sensor)
  • Firmware update

GFX PREMIUM CARE PACKAGE

Includes servicing of 1 camera body + 2 lenses.  Any extra lenses + $15
  • General clean of body
  • Sensor surface clean of body
  • Full exterior clean of lenses

Freight Costs:

Auckland $7.50 / Rest of North Island $12 / South Island $15 / RD address add $5 to the price
